- Mike Brabenec , PGA & Co-host of Golf Talk Radio with Mike & Billy is a PGA Club Professional and Level 1 First Tee Coach. Mike has worked in the golf industry for over 25 years as an Assistant Professional, Head Professional, Director of Golf and General Manager. His work experience includes Shoreline Golf Links in Mountain View , California , Avila Beach Golf Resort in Avila Beach , California and the Blacklake Golf Resort in Nipomo , California. Mike's playing experience includes The World Series of Golf, ESPN Tournaments and Southern California PGA Chapeter events. Mike’s teaching experience has been with the Central Coast Golf Academy, Avila Beach Golf Academy, Blacklake Golf Academy and Golf Talk Radio Golf Programs working with his Co-Host, best friend and mentor Billy Gibbs. Mike lives in Paso Robles, California with his wife of sixteen years, Amy and two children Ava and Noah. Mike is a sports fanatic and loves the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, San Jose Sharks and Golden State Warriors. His hobbies include; surfing, guitar, podcasting, golf, baseball and fishing.
